 Friday was a rest day and our first task was a install of a electronic ignition module into a Dodge M37. We were a bit sceptical if it would work or not however it fired up straight away and was driven for 30 miles and all is good. The recovery team has been towing a M37 Dodge for 3 days. Kenny and co. pulled the head off to find No 6 ex valve seat dislodged. We got the Sarge to terminate it with his 45 cal Colt 1911. It will be replaced by a deuce an half 2 1/2 truck.  The pic at the top is a DUKW (duck ) that we did a tour in. Great ride 427 chev with 3speed Allison Auto. 70mins of fun, including old quarry with 15 MVs on display dragon wagon, gamma goat, weasel, tank, dukw with amphib trailer. Down the boat ramp, we hit the water at 40mph, water everywhere. Did a lap of the lake, then home for a beer................
